This Privacy Policy describes how iFlipper (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the iFlipper mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information. When you sign in with Apple or create an account, we collect information such as your name (if provided), email address, and a unique user identifier used to manage your account and token balance.

Content You Provide. When you scan a listing, we process the screenshots you share or the listing links you paste. Text is extracted from these images or links and sent to our AI provider to generate a flip analysis.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the App, such as the analyses you run, your token balance, and your saved analysis history.

Location Data. With your permission, we use your approximate region to estimate accurate local market prices. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

Device Information. We may collect basic device information for diagnostics, performance, and security.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App, including scanning and AI analysis.
• To manage your account, token balance, and purchase history.
• To improve pricing accuracy using your region.
• To send notifications you have opted in to receive.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the App.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with third-party services strictly to operate the App:

• Apple (Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchases, notifications).
• Firebase (authentication and account data storage).
• OpenAI (processing extracted listing text to generate analysis).

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Purchases

In-App Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase validation is handled through Apple’s systems.

Data Retention

We retain account information and analysis history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your Choices

• You can revoke location and notification permissions in your device settings.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can delete your account from within the App or by contacting support.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
